2025 GHV Hall of Fame

The 2025 Garner-Hayfield Ventura Hall of Fame inductees were honored at a banquet and program on Thursday, Oct. 2. This year’s inductees were (above, left-right) Paul Nelson (former teacher, coach and athletic official), Sara Linneman Coleman (outstanding golfer, Class of 1993), and the 2001-2002 Garner-Hayfield boys basketball team (represented by team mate Brandon Stromer). The team set school records in basketball and had a 26-1 season record. They lost the 2A state championship by one point on a buzzer beater three-point shot by Danville.
