Cards’ Brody Boehnke earns TIC West player of the year; 11 baseball and softball players featured on All-TIC teams

Garner-Hayfield-Ventura’s Brody Boehnke was announced the Top of Iowa West’s player of the year in baseball this season.
On top of that, first-year coach Rylely Kozisek was awarded coach of the year.
The awards are complemented by eight baseball and three softball players being listed in the TIC West All-Conference teams.
Boehnke, a senior, has been nothing short but exceptionally in his performance at the plate this year.
The Cardinal finished the regular season in the top five of the entire state of Iowa in batting average.
