To the editor:

The Christmas Cheer Fund is helping hundreds of your neighbors in Hancock County.

To date more than 1,800 applications have been approved for residents of North Iowa and Target gift cards will be mailed on December 13.
Currently we have received slightly more than $62,000 to help purchase those gift cards.

The gift card’s themselves will cost us almost $80,000 and more applications will be reviewed for approval on Monday, December 9.
