District Judge Blake Norman administers the oath of office to newly appointed Hancock County Attorney Rachel Ginbey.
Ginbey's first day on the job was Monday, March 13. Ginbey most recently was County Attorney for Floyd County (2014 -2023). Prior to that, she served as Assistant County Attorney in Cerro Gordo County for 4 years.
