Charlotte M. (Klapper) Kaster, a resident of Concord Care Center, Garner, passed away on Monday, Oct. 12 2020, at Mercy Hospital.

Services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. at the Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel in Clear Lake.

Charlotte’s husband Dick D. Kaster, passed away March 11, 2008. Both will be buried together at Concord Cemetery following the memorial service.
